Who are we?
Horizons is a diverse student-run community service organization at UF and was founded in 2000 by Danny Pang.
The mission of Horizons is to offer services and assistance to the community and state. Activities such as serving the elderly, the homeless, and the less fortunate families will be sponsored by Horizons. In addition, Horizons fosters cultural diversity through education and training. Furthermore, Horizons teaches and develops a sense of awareness for the community and environment. Sponsored events and activities will help students in developing leadership skills that would make them the leaders of tomorrow.

All donations go to The American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life!
When and Where? at the Colonnade Tuesday January 31st and Wednesday February 1st 10am-2pm both days!
Shift Times are: 10:45-11:45, 11:45-12:50, 12:50-1:55 If you would like to help out tabling

Air Potato Round Up
We like to call this Community Beautification! Come out and help us clean the environment!
Prizes will be given to whoever finds the biggest / most interesting air potato!
When: Saturday January 28th, 9am
Where: Bullware Springs Park (We will be Carpooling,
so meet at Commuter Lot behind Hume Garage at 9am!)
What: We will help beautiful the environment by rounding up these Alien potatoes. We need at least 15 people to sign up!!!
B-I-N-G-O
When: Sunday, February 4th
Where: North Florida Rehab Center
What: We will join the patients and residents of the rehab center to have fun, play some BINGO, and eat some snacks!
and if you can bring a small prize for the BINGO prizes!
Carnation Sale
ay! February 12th starting at 10am
Where: Reitz Union Colonnade / North Lawn
What: We will be selling Carnations and possibly personal Valentines Day cards to raise money for Relay For Life!
